That’s right, you read the title correctly. Coors Brewery is the largest brewery in the world.
As a part of my Colorado series (and if you haven’t read them, check them out here) on this day my sister and I ventured out to Golden Colorado to go to this free self-guided tour.
That’s right I said it’s free. We parked in a free lot, with a free shuttle and then with the free self-guided tour we ended up getting free beer. Yep, I said free a lot in this last sentence because who doesn’t like free things?

As we all know I’ve been amping up my resolutions and goals to become a better and more awesome me. And if you have no idea what I’m talking about check back with my Resolutions post or watch my latest YouTube Resolutions video!
While I have my main set of resolutions, behind those resolutions are smaller goals that I want to implement into my life and hope to achieve. So far for this year (I know it’s only been about a month), I’ve been focusing on making gratitude more important in my life.
Happy third week of the New Year! How are you doing on your Resolutions my friends?
So far things have been good and that makes me happy.
In today’s post I want to share with you my Resolutions Video for my first video of the year for YouTube! YouTube consistency is one of many goals for the year. I was very proud I was able to get this video out and wanted to share it with all of you!
First and foremost, HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you had a great 2017 and are ready to kick start your 2018 into full gear! I know I’m ready to make ish happen and start my 2018 New Year’s Resolutions!
And with every new year comes mine and probably millions of other people’s yearly traditions of New Year’s Resolutions.
That’s right, I’m ready to start the year off great and start focusing on my goals in all aspects of my life. And my first way of doing so is to make New Year’s Resolutions at the start of every new year. While a lot of the times my goals don’t really change too much from year to year, I still enjoy having a New Year’s Resolution for the start of every year and throughout the year I also focus on smaller goals to overall reach these resolutions.
Ever get so scared on a bridge that you’re willing to run into people while you run to get off of it? Well I did.
If you didn’t already know I’m afraid of heights. Funny, I used to never be when I was younger. I would climb trees, climb rock walls while on a cruise ship, I actually enjoyed heights. But I took a turn when I visited Yosemite National Park and took a full day hike up to the the upper Yosemite Falls and something in me clicked as I went to the edge of the waterfall. Turns out that I did not enjoy being up that high. And ever since I have been a scared little girl when it comes to heights.

Every year I make a resolution to read more and more books all the time. It all started when I first picked up that Mary-Kate and Ashley Passport to Paris mini-book that came with my MK Snowboarding barbie doll, I was honestly hooked. Funny (and cooler) thing was that when I finished the mini-book I just so happened to be in an airport. I guess my two passions collided in that one moment, it’s pretty wonderful if I must say so myself.
Unfortunately as I got older and life, friends, boys, parties, whatever got in the way, I stopped reading for the pleasure of reading and started to not even pick up books that I enjoyed reading. Granted when high school and college came along I had to read textbooks instead of novels. So truly I did not want to read those.
Since I haven’t opened up a textbook in years (that partially including my college years), I figured it was time to get my butt back into gear and start reading for fun again. For the fun of getting lost in a new world and falling in love with characters. And crying when one of them dies or gets heartbroken. I love how books can throw me into a new adventure whenever I pick one up.
Oh Canada! You are beautiful and I’ve only seen a small part of you. That’s right, I got to actually go out of the country this year and finally visited Canada! I know I still haven’t been to Mexico even though I’ve lived in California and Arizona, but yet I made it to Canada first.
And boy did I love Canada! We visited Vancouver while we visited Seattle to hang out with my two BFFs Ryan and Cody! Ryan was kind enough to drive us past the border of Washington and right into Canada!

I know the holidays can be stressful, especially financially. I mean, if you’re like me, I love giving presents to people on the holidays. The joy of giving a present no matter how big or small it is quite satisfying and I love it!
But at the same time it stresses me out. I tend to forget how many family members I have until I’m out there shopping and then the next thing I know, I’m broke. Or I’m very close to it.

October is a great month. I mean not only is it my birthday in October (Yeah, I’m a year older), but I love Halloween and all things scary. Now I usually like scary stuff almost all year round, but there’s always something spooky about anything scary in the month of October. Not to mention we had an actual Friday the 13th in this month!
